Laidout Gym is a group training hub built on energy, structure, and community. From Boxfit and CrossFit to Yoga and Mobility, every class is coach-led and purpose-driven. We’re here to help you train hard, stay consistent, and connect with others on the same path.

Laid Out offers group classes only, with a strong focus on Boxfit, CrossFit-style training and Yoga. Each session is coach-led and community-driven - designed to build strength, fitness, mobility, and confidence in a supportive environment.

CLASSES

Yoga

Yoga with Nat - Natalie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She's worked with the NZ breakers and taught the original Broga mens yoga class at her Milford Studio. Nat blends discipline, relaxation, fun and down- to-earthness that makes her classes accessible, energising and restorative. From beginners to experienced practitioners, she does the best to meet her students needs where they are.

Boxfit

Boxfit with Amy is fun and scaled for all levels. An ex amateur boxer and boxing trainer, Amy incorporates learning proper boxing technique through pad and bag work with the addition of body weight and core exercises to deliver an amazing full body workout.

Hybrid Force

Train with Takapuna Rugby Club legend Jon Elrick - Jon's long career for North Harbour and Northland Rugby, in amongst playing rugby over seas, makes him a cut above the rest.

Jon's CrossFit/HYROX class is the ultimate high-intensity group training experience blending the explosive strength of CrossFit, the endurance challenge of HYROX, and the mobility benefits of functional movement. This fast-paced, full-body class is designed to build strength, boost cardio fitness, and improve how you move - both in and out of the gym.

Each session is team-driven, combining a mix of partner challenges, circuit-based workouts, and community energy to keep you motivated and having fun.

The Tātou Circle

End your week the right way - with a Friday after-work "No-Drinks" session. Build strength, share truth and find balance. Join Coach Benny for a powerful mix of movement and reconnection designed to help you reset and recharge. This class is one for the bro's! Tātou meaning "we" - is a coming together for men.  This men’s-only session offers more than just physical training - it includes mental health check-ins, open conversations, and a space to de-stress and reflect after a big week.

Coach Benny creates an environment of openness and growth and fuses his years of rugby league training and mentoring into one unique class where the work out, and the class, become a support system. The ethos of the class is to focus on wellness, healing and growth in a supportive, no-judgment environment.
