Laidout Gym is a group training hub built on energy, structure, and community. From Boxfit and CrossFit to Yoga and Mobility, every class is coach-led and purpose-driven. We’re here to help you train hard, stay consistent, and connect with others on the same path.

CLASSES

Yoga + Ice Bath + Sauna Session

Move, breathe, and reset with a balanced yoga session designed to build strength, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded. The class is welcoming, accessible, and suitable for all levels - whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat. After your practice, elevate your recovery with an invigorating ice bath followed by an infrared sauna, the ultimate contrast-therapy combo to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and deeply relax the body and mind.  This is a feel-good, kid-friendly session focused on helping you unwind, recharge, and walk away feeling refreshed and restored.

Boxfit

Boxfit with Amy is fun and scaled for all levels. An ex amateur boxer and boxing trainer, Amy incorporates learning proper boxing technique through pad and bag work with the addition of body weight and core exercises to deliver an amazing full body workout.

Hybrid Force

Train with Takapuna Rugby Club legend Jon Elrick - Jon's long career for North Harbour and Northland Rugby, in amongst playing rugby over seas, makes him a cut above the rest.

Jon's CrossFit/HYROX class is the ultimate high-intensity group training experience blending the explosive strength of CrossFit, the endurance challenge of HYROX, and the mobility benefits of functional movement. This fast-paced, full-body class is designed to build strength, boost cardio fitness, and improve how you move - both in and out of the gym.

Each session is team-driven, combining a mix of partner challenges, circuit-based workouts, and community energy to keep you motivated and having fun.

Ameteur Sparring w. Henry

Step into the ring and elevate your skills. This class is designed for amateur boxers who are ready to test their technique, timing, and conditioning in a safe, structured sparring environment. Under the guidance of Golden Gloves Champ Henry, you’ll refine your fundamentals, develop ring IQ, and gain real fight experience while focusing on control, respect, and continuous improvement. Each session includes technical drills, strategic feedback, and supervised rounds tailored to your skill level.
